New Home Builders

In 2007, David Weekley Homes opened the Serenity community in the Montecito Neighborhood. Serenity contains oversized lots (avg. approx. 1/4 acre), the majority of which either back to mountain preserve, or open space, or have long-range views of the Sierra Estrella Mountains.
